EAZWV Censorship

On March 11th, 2021, at 14:46 UCT+1 I received the folliwng message by EAZVW’s “The groups.io Team" - the reasoning speaks for itself:

“Hello,

Your message SARS-CoV-2 pandemic management was recently edited by a group moderator. The reason given for the edit was:

This message contains, and links to websites containing, uncorroborated and scientifically invalid assertions which may result potentially serious public health risks. As such, the thread is being closed and the links to external sites removed. Please contact the post author directly if you wish to access the links. The EAZWV Board

A complete copy of the edited message is attached.

Cheers,

The Groups.io Team“

Though my message was edited ‘by a group moderator’ that person does not dare to disclose its identity.

My message had been delivered to all io.Group members already on March 6th, 2021.

A respective edit at a later point of time therefore seems rather senseless to me.

"An influenza pandemic occurs when a new influenza virus appears against which the human population has no immunity, resulting in epidemics worldwide with enormous numbers of deaths and illness."

Just exchange influenza against corona.

I refuse to accept the current definition:

"A pandemic is the worldwide spread of a new disease."

(https://www.wodarg.com/ - just scroll down the page a bit):

- The picture with the two WHO definitions was deleted as well. -

It is astonishing that altogether three links to the World Health Organization (WHO) websites had been deleted, as well as four definitions by WHO: the previous and the current definition for a 'pandemic' as well as the previous and the current definition for 'herd immunity'.

Furthermore, three different links to the website of the European Medical Agency (EMA) had been deleted as well.

Following EAZWV’s reasoning that:

“This message contains, and links to websites containing, uncorroborated and scientifically invalid assertions which may result potentially serious public health risks.“

this can only mean that EAZWV considers WHO and EMA to spread ‚uncorroborated and scientifically invalid assertions which may result [sic] potentially serious public health risks‘.

This makes me wonder, which institutions and related websites EAZWV considers at all appropriate and entitled to publish scientifically valid assertions, which may not result in potentially serious public health risks?

WHO and EMA can certainly not be among the candidates.
